General Rules

 
 
  • Please remember to bring clean socks along for access to the playground
  • You’ll need 12 kids minimum to have a Joyful Noise party.
  • Delicious platters and drinks for children and parents can be ordered when booking.
  • You can’t bring your own food or drinks, but that’s okay because ours is great.
  • Any special dietary requirements to be communicated when booking and to be confirmed one week before event.
  • Please remember to bring clean socks along.
  • Party voucher to brought along to gain access to the playground (this will be scanned at reception upon checking in).
  • Children remain the responsibility of parents at all times. Our staff is not there to look after your children, they are there to supervise and man the play areas.
  • Please listen to instructions given by our Play Professionals on how to utilize the frames properly as well as correct clothing to be worn. Certain restrictions are in place for your safety, the play professionals do not have the authority to override them, please do not place them in a difficult position.

Party Rules, Terms & Conditions

 
 
  • NO own food and drinks (including alcohol) from outside Joyful Noise are allowed for whatever reason. Halaal option is not available.
  • Birthday Cakes & Cupcakes - (Parents are welcome to bring in their own cake)
  • We can provide themed cakes; however, this is additional and will be quoted separately depending on the design etc.
  • Adult Platters – available on request and subject to availability
  • Above options are available on request only and prices will depend on the design and will thus be quoted separately.
  • Joyful Noise reserves the right to change party room allocations without notice due to operational reasons
  • Children are not allowed in the Glow in the dark mini golf area, UNLESS arrangements have been made and paid for with management as a “top up/addition” to your party package. The Mini Golf will be charged separately at N$50 per head for kids and N$100 per head for teenagers & adults.
  • NB! Adults are not allowed into the play centre without a paying child
  • Payment terms - A non-refundable deposit of 70% is required to confirm your booking - FULL PAYMENT to be made 7 days before the event. - Standard Terms & Conditions and Rules of Play apply. Please refer to our website www.joyfulnoisenamibia.com
  • IMPORTANT NOTICE: If full payment has not been received within 3 full days prior to the event, you will be contacted one more time and if we do not hear back from you, your booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be non-refundable
  • Party Prices are unaffected by any other offers on admission
  • Children/siblings that arrive with the party invitee will be charged the usual admission fee to play at Joyful Noise. Their guardian will need to purchase food and drinks from the Joyful Café.
  • CLEAN Socks must be worn on the play frames, volcano and mini golf areas at all times. No shoes are allowed for whatever reason. This applies to both adults and children.
  • MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY IF SOCKS ARE NOT CLEAN. THIS RULE IS ENFORCED TO ENSURE THE SAFTEY, CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE FOR EVERYONE!!
  • Joyful Noise reserves the right to substitute any food items on the party menu with a suitable alternative and without prior notification.
  • It is the party parent’s responsibility to advise Joyful Noise of any dietary requirements the guests might have, one week before the party when confirming the guest list.
  • Please refer to Joyful Noise’s Rules of Play for guidelines of the general use of our facilities.
